Shipping, return and cancellation policy;

 

Shipping Policy:

Please note;

  1. We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders.
  2. All the products are ready to ship.
  3. Our courier partner is DHL, FEDEX,UPS and BLUE DART.
  4. Domestic (India) orders should be delivered within 5-6 working days.
  5. International orders should be delivered within 9-11 working days.
  6. There may be some exceptions with some orders in the delivery time.
  7. As soon as shipment is dispatch from our warehouse you should get a tracking no. and you can track your shipment time to time.
  8. All international shipments undergo customs in the destination country and there may be custom duty, local tax or any other charges on your shipment.
  9. Any custom duty or any other charges in the destination country are solely due to customer and shall be paid by the customer.
  10. House of Mirs is not liable for any charges in the destination country.
  11. Please provide your full verified address with zip code and contact number.

 

 

Return Policy:

Please note:

  1. We must hear from you about the returns within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return should be dispatched within 10days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
  4. Any custom duty charges in our country (India) shall be borne by the customer.
  5. After receiving the return we will refund you the amount after deducting custom or any other charge in our country.
  6. We will share complete details and receipt of the charges if any.
  7. The return product should reach to us in the original condition without any damage.
  8. The return product should be returned in a well packed box.
  9. No returns are accepted for customized products.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases;   

  1. If the product is damaged or has been tampered.
  2. If the product has been used, worn or washed or tempered.
  3. Handmade products are prone to a slight variation in the design, pattern, alignment and color, therefore if that’s the reason of your return, we shall not be able to accept the returns in such case.
  4. If you have any doubt or want to know more about the product before placing the order, please write to us.

 

Order Cancellation:

Please note:

  1. The order can only be cancelled if the product is not dispatched
  2. If the product is not shipped and you request the cancellation. Your full order amount shall be refunded.
  3. if the product is shipped you receive its delivery and then follow the return process with return  terms and policy.
  4. Customized and tailor made orders are not eligible for cancellation

Important note;

All products on our website are handmade, hand knotted, hand woven, hand embroidered and hand painted there may be variations in color, Design, pattern in the actual product against that as shown on our website. This is due to the differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.
